Terms and Conditions

We aim to provide as flexible, reasonable and stress free a service as possible. To ensure a fair approach to delivering our services, we apply the following terms and conditions   

1. Bookings 

1.1 Provisional Bookings can be held for a period of up to 72 hours 

1.2 Bookings will be confirmed when you receive your confirmation email and zoom link for your Fluid Connection Consultation and Fluid Styling Consultation and pay your deposti. Once these emails have been sent and the deposit is paid, the booking is confirmed and postponement and cancellation terms apply 

1.3 All Fluid Virtual Styling and Fluid Personal Shopping appointments must be booked at least 3 days after your Fluid Connection Consultation to allow time for online shopping and the personalised  Fluid Moodboard design and personal shopping research to take place.

1.3 Fluid Styling reserves the right to revise prices and details at any time without notice.

1.4  All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. We accept payment via BACS, Wix Payment or Paypal.

2. Payments
2.1 A deposit of 50% of the total fee must
be made upon booking. Payments are to secure the appointment. When you book you will receive a payment link, appointment confirmation and zoom links where relevant. Once the deposit is paid your appointment will be confirmed. 

2.2 The second 50% of the total fee will be requested after your Fluid Connection Consultation and must be made 72 hours before your Fluid Virtual Styling or Personal Shopping Appointment. 

2.3 If you would like to book your Connection Consultation and discuss the best styling option for you, a deposit of £75 will be requested to hold the appointment with the remaining balance due 72 hours prior to your styling appointment and based on your choice of service. 

2.4 If you would like to book the Fluid Wardrobe Edit as an add on service after a Fluid Styling package the full £75 will be requested to secure the booking 

 

Postponement and Cancellation
1.1 . If you wish to change an appointment you must inform us no less than 48 hours before the appointment
is due to start. 

1.2. If we are able to reschedule the appointment to a future date within three months, the deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment automatically.

1.3. If a cancellation is made more than 48 hours before your appointment you will receive 50% of your deposit back (unless point 1.5 applies)

1.4 If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before your appointment, no refund of the deposit will be available.

1.5 If you cancel a Fluid Virtual Styling or Fluid Personal Styling appointment AFTER your Fluid Connection call takes place £50 will be deducted from any deposit refund due. 

1.6 In order to cancel or change your appointment please  notify us by email on fluidstyling@gmail.com

 

Relationship with Stores
Fluid Styling does not act as agent for any of the stores to which we may introduce you or accompany you for shopping.  Contracts for the purchase of goods are between you and the relevant store and the terms and conditions of sale and requirements regarding price, returns, defects and all other issues will be such as the store may impose or as you may agree with the store. Fluid Styling has no liability for the quality, condition or performance of any goods which you may purchase during the course of, or as a result of, the provision of Services by the Company.

Liability
Fluid Styling warrants that it will perform the Services with reasonable skill and care. Subject to this no warranty or condition is given, made or to be implied in respect of the Services and none is to be implied except for any warranty or condition implied by law. In any event liability of the Company, its directors and employees to you will be limited to and shall not in any circumstances exceed the amount paid by you to the Company for the provision of the relevant Services.
