How does Payment work?

You can pay by bank/credit card or PayPal

Send us your contact details using the BOOK link 

We will contact you and get you booked in - once you're all sorted we'll send you a payment link.

We ask for a 50% deposit to secure the booking and the second 50% payment after your Connection Consultation and before your Styling appointment

Can I change my appointment

Absolutely - as Long as you give us 2 days notice you can change your appointment to any available slot

What if I change my mind?

Do I have to buy something after my appointment 

A

If you want to cancel give us 2 days notice you'll get a 50% refund on your deposit. Anything less than 48 hours or no shows means we can't refund your deposit

If you change your mind about the type of appointment or date, that's totally cool, just give us 48 hours notice and we can sort it.

Absolutely not - we are a styling service and do not have any links to shops, brands or suppliers. We give you advice, you decide what to buy - if you buy nothing that's totally fine.

Where is Fluid Styling based?

We are based in London

Fluid Connection and Fluid Virtual Styling are both remote so can be done anywhere in the world. 

Fluid Personal Shopping is only in London for now but we are looking to branch out! Let us know if you'd like us to come to your town!
